Starting with Magic Touch 4, our play systems feature a fully customizable update management. Detailed settings can be found in your device’s setup menu. If your version includes the Customized Feature, you will also have access to our Update Portal.
This version is automatically updated according to your system settings. Alternatively, you can use our portal or contact our support team.
If your Magic Touch 4 play system has not yet been set up for the free update, you can complete the configuration quickly and easily in just a few steps using the tips below. First, check whether the LAN / Wi-Fi connection for your device is already enabled.
Start the setup and enter your personal PIN. Instructions can be found in your device manual, or you can contact our support team.
In the menu, select the option Network.
Select your Wi-Fi network and connect the device by entering the password. Once the connection is successful, a Wi-Fi symbol will appear next to the entry.
In the menu, select the option Update.
Enable the automatic update function (set the first toggle switch to green). Check whether your Customer ID and, if applicable, a password are entered. Normally, your values are preconfigured. If not, please contact our sales or support team.
Once all values are entered, exit the setup by selecting Exit. On the next device start, your play system will automatically update if it is not already on the latest version.
